Montana Fish, Wildlife and Parks has scheduled six January meetings in south central Montana to present information, answer questions and accept comments on proposed 2018 and 2019 hunting season dates and regulations.
The proposals are available online by going to http://fwp.mt.gov and clicking on the link for Biennial Season Setting.
The meetings are set for: Roundup – Tuesday, Jan. 9, 7 p.m. at the Ambulance Barn; Billings – Wednesday, Jan. 10, 7 p.m. at the Radisson Hotel; Harlowton – Thursday, Jan. 11, 6 p.m. at the Public Library; Red Lodge – Tuesday, Jan. 16, 7 p.m. at the Middle School Cafeteria; Columbus – Wednesday, Jan. 17, 7 p.m. at the High School Cafeteria; Big Timber – Thursday, Jan. 18, 7 p.m. at the Public Library.

Comments are due by 5 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 24. The commission will review comments and recommendations and adopt final regulations at its Feb. 15 meeting in Helena.
